How can I book?

To book a room is easy: please, send us an e-mail or give us a call and wait for our confirmation. To guarantee the reservation, we normally ask for a deposit by bank transfer. The deposit must be received within 7 days of booking and is fully refundable just if reservation is canceled at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to check-in date. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to check-in date are not eligible for refunds.

How Can I pay? Which credit cards do you accept?

Balance due upon arrival. You can pay cash or by cheque or by the major credit cards.

Can I have an invoice?

Sure, you only have to ask for it on your arrival.

Which languages do you speak?

You can speak with us in Italian, English, French and German (but please remember that I am neither Joyce nor Proust nor Mann …)

Are you in central Ravenna?

Our B&B is located in the historical center of the city, close to San Vitale, National Museum (700 meters) and the Cathedral (500 m).

Are there restaurants nearby?

In central Ravenna there are many restaurants, traditional tavers, wine bars and pizzerie, all within easy reach. Upon your arrival we will give you a 10% discount coupon for several of them.

Can I rent a bike?

Our bikes are available for your rides without any additional cost.

How far is your B&B from the railway station?

The railway station is about 15 minutes far on foot from our R&B. We can previously agree on collecting you by car at the station.

Are you close to the hospital?

«Santa Maria delle Croci» hospital is nigh: only 5 minutes far on foot.

Where can I park my car?

Throughout our Via Cura – important: we are not in a restricted traffic area – you can park on the blue stripes* (free from 18:30 to 08:00 and on holidays). About 400 meters far there is a covered parking lot with video surveillance and cheap daily rates. About 200 meters away there are also streets where you can park for free.
*If you want pay just the actual stop, in Ravenna you can use the app MYCICERO, too. The service works with smartphones or traditional phones (activating and deactivating the stop by a free call, by sending a text message, or by calling the automatic responder).

Prices are per room or per person?

Prices are per room and include breakfast.

At what time can I have the room at my disposal?

Rooms are available at last from 1 pm, often even before. Anyway we are glad to receive and take care of your luggage since early in the morning.

At what time have I to vacate the room?

Check-out time is 10:00 am, unless otherwise agreed.

Can I enter and exit the B&B at any time I want to?

You can come and go as you please. On your arrival we provide you with the gate, front door and your own room keys.

Is there a daily housekeeping? At what time you do housekeeping?

Housekeeping is daily, about from 10 to 12 am.

Can I smoke?

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. You can do it on the balcony or in the garden.

Are pets allowed?

We apologize, but we are unable to accommodate pets.

Will I find a private bathroom in every room?

Every room of the B&B have a private bathroom, with tub or shower; two bathrooms have a whirlpool bathtub or shower.

Can I add a bed or a cot for my children?

Yes, when you book a room you can arrange with us to add a bed or a child’s cot. Extra beds are subject to a surcharge, breakfast always included. A cot for children up to 2 years old is free.

Are bed and bath linen included?

All our rooms have complete bed and bath linen.

Are there air conditioning/heat systems in the rooms?

Yes, every room has an air conditioning/heating system, that you can adjust as you wish.

Is there a garden in your B&B?

Yes, there is a small, quiet and cozy garden on the back.

Is there a living room?

Yes, anytime you want you can rest in the bright and large living room on ground floor.

Is there a room safe?

Yes, every room has its own safe.

Is there a kitchen with all facilities?

Yes, you can find a homely kitchen on the ground floor, where we prepare and serve breakfast, that is at your disposal all day. You can use hob, oven, pans and tableware. There are even dressing and spices and you can use them freely.

Is there a WiFi connection?

Yes, and it is free.

Can I watch TV?

Yes, in every room and in the living room you can find a flat screen digital TV.

What is your breakfast time?

Breakfast time is from 8 to 10 am. You can customize the time informing the reception.

What does breakfast include?

At breakfast, served at the table, you will find fresh milk, coffee, American coffee, barley coffee, tea and herbal teas of all kinds; orange juice; yogurt; cold milk and cereals; cakes and bread toasted at the moment; butter, local honey and quality jams. For those who like an English breakfast, on request, scrambled eggs or “eggs and bacon”.Per chi ama la colazione all’inglese, su richiesta: uova strapazzate o “eggs and bacon”.
